Sari currently leads and scaffolds university-wide constituent achievement of desired goals by developing trust and facilitating the voices and active participation of leaders and decision-makers, students and system members, faculty and service providers, donors and allies in the community. Their voices and active participation inform the development and implementation of a shared vision, one that transforms current needs and opportunities into measurable outcomes that sustain an improved, interculturally-developed reality.
She has lived in the US for over a quarter of a century. She grew up and attended college in Mexico City. After getting married and moving to the US in 1991, she completed three graduate degrees, including a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology with a major in Organizational Transformation and a minor in Inquiry and Fundraising/Grant Writing from Indiana University in Bloomington.
She has had the opportunity to live in diverse communities across the US in the West Coast, East Coast, Midwest, South, and the North West because of professional & academic opportunities. These opportunities have contributed to her intercultural sensitivity development and continuous learning about cultural differences across and beyond the country. In many ways, this learning continues to inform her approach to consulting and professional delivery of services.
As an entrepreneurial business woman, Sari has provided educational services to individuals, organizations, and large academic institutions. For about two decades, she has been involved with large educational institutions (e.g., public schools and school districts, and research universities) promoting system-wide growth and measurable change across teams and organizational units, resulting in a higher return on investment for these institutions.
Today, Sari focuses her attention on collaborating with large educational systems across the country and internationally, and on participating in a diversity of publications. For the past decade she has been focusing attention on leading institution-wide initiatives, programs, and services on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
As a DEI leader, she has a proven track record of innovation, organizational transformation, strategic assessment, and collaborative approaches to addressing systemic change efforts, growth, and the diverse needs of its system. Some of the skills she has developed include intercultural development, communication, collaboration, leadership, innovation, assessment, strategic planning, management, fundraising, public speaking, teaching, analysis and reporting, budgeting.

Principal Consultant
Daniel has resided in the US for over a quarter of a century. He is a national and international speaker. He focuses his professional performance on promoting and educating about collaborative and innovative approaches across organizations, teams, and individuals to improve on-the-job performance and the return on investment for services provided.
For over two decades, Daniel has led university professional teams into a systemic paradigm of meaningful decision-making and professional formation, as well as their strategic collaboration with institutional and community partners. He has been an executive administrator in higher education institutions and nonprofits for almost three decades.
Daniel has served as executive administrator of career services at Seattle University, the University of North Texas, Indiana University, the University of Oregon, and currently, at Ithaca College in NY. In addition, Daniel was the Director of the crisis center for homeless families of the San Francisco County in CA and Minister in diverse religious organizations in the US and in Mexico. Daniel has completed three graduate degrees in the US: a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology, a Master of Divinity, and a Master of Science in Education, as well as a B.A. in Industrial Design from UAM in Mexico.
He is passionate about problem solving with individuals, teams, and organizations about meaningful partnerships and powerful strategies for the wellness and passion of our communities and the development of new solutions our new workforce has the capacity to create for a better reality.
